It is well known to you that the democratic system that places equal to men, not just casting a vote to elect our representatives, but is much broader because including economic, social, cultural, active participation, etc. .

Now, the neighbors and residents of Villa Soldati long we have been actively participating in different activities and petitions to city officials on many issues and problems that affect us and we endure every day. As mentioned, there are many, but in this we will refer to one in particular, which by its nature is composed of several problems.
When something is abandoned and / or uncontrolled, it is likely that anyone violating the law to take and / or provides for its own benefit, and also cause damage to others.
