Gentlemen Members of the Executive
CABA
The reason for this is focused on the facts of public knowledge that are being developed " our "beloved neighborhood of Villa Soldati in relation to the theft and seizure of American Indian Park Avenue and the streets Lafuente, Riestra, Portela, etc and public and private spaces Almirante Brown Park (Campos sports clubs, schools and institutions more) despite allegations made in previous months and that for various reasons, the problems were not corrected partially or fully.
The idea of this note is to convey our concern, and made to feel neglected and ignored on basic issues as citizens.
it is expressed, as are the "true neighbors" who live and develop activities in the neighborhood of Villa Soldati, either as owners, tenants, attending clubs or school sports fields, and therefore we live every day with problems facing this part of the south of the city. But remarkably, it seems no one saw finished our opinion on the facts of which we speak, what to think, feel, and what we intend to Villa Sodati and Parks. See
shocked and concerned about what happened, because we find events on sale of plots, drug raid, people who commit illegal everywhere against property and persons, manifestations of xenophobia, abuse of the most needy opportunistic leaders to tear their hair talking about the situation in which they are citizens who occupied the land, political patronage, fights or internal policies and / or power; violence by the state and individuals, justifications to occupy public and private spaces based on housing needs, and everything that was in those days with discordant actions of the executive with responsibility for all these issues and power judicial. Many things that used or did not occur with low frequency.
We condemn it all and we want to reach a just solution, but unfortunately we fear that the solution to this conflict is really cover the problem or worse. The fear is that active policies are implemented thoroughly in order to provide solutions to educational problems, social, cultural, and tend to prioritize the culture and dignity of labor as takes place in other neighborhoods in the city, and instead run and short-term care policies with which is not sought or resolve the underlying problems, but these make up to hide a reality that remains and that shortly time reappears in the light of all much more aggravated and new problems to solve.
is talk of housing deficit, and as will be aware even though they are all collapsed neighborhood infrastructure level and poor housing, social neighborhoods are being built and it seems like it never ends. Unfortunately those who have supposedly progressive views, agree in spirit with those with opposing ideas, since they seem to ignore all which implies the right to adequate housing and imply that we as neighbors and regulars from Villa Soldati, also ignored.
We are mindful that the right under the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights explicitly recognizes in its art. 11. In this regard, General Comment No. 4, the Committee, a body of implementation of the Covenant, has stated that "... the right to housing should not be interpreted in a narrow or restrictive sense which equates it with, for example, the shelter provided by merely having a roof over your head ... Should be seen as the right to live in security, peace and dignity somewhere "
Currently, residents of this neighborhood we violated our rights and guarantees, such as Property, Equality, to have and maintain adequate housing, privacy, Security, Social Peace, etc. (Arts. 14, 14 bis, 16, 17, 18, 19, 28, 29, and cctes. Of the Constitution, Constitution of the CABA (art 145), and International Treaties) and the full enjoyment of them. In particular the right to adequate housing, the situation in which it is clear that the district is a forbidden topic for Villa Soldati the point that many older residents sold their properties to leave the area, which increases our concern and discontent. And in regards to the fear out of this conflict, the solution is to deepen the state in which we have already said so, because as you know, the infrastructure of the neighborhood is deficient in the areas of education, health, hygiene and social security for a property (cultural, economic, ethnic, etc.) like that of Villa Soldati with a large population of people in substandard housing and social.
After expressing our feelings and experiences, ask to be listened to provide sustainable and permanent solutions, bringing smart, live detail and future consequences for Villa Soldati and the area of public and private parks. Supporting the management of the State of the City, provided treats and reverse the concerns raised. Sincerely
The Neighbours
Villa Soldati Christ the Worker Parish
and Federation of Almirante Brown Park
