is known by connoisseurs and those responsible for this issue, that some complaints are made to the police authority, but many are not reported, either by prejudice, fear of revenge or retaliation from the perpetrators of criminal acts ground that will be a mere complaint to no avail, etc. ..
We know the importance of reporting each offense, but though not always, and for reasons given "ut supra" these are realized by the one or the victims, which is why we believe that the statistics used in the competent bodies in relation to our neighborhood where does the 36th Precinct.
